Fill this out completely and submit it in a new thread with the character's name as the subject under the appropriate sub-board in Character Registration to create a character. You must read both the RULES and the CHARACTER POSITIONS threads before creating a character.

When your character is approved, re-post it under the correct sub-board in Character Listings.
